Continue your fused glass education at Helios and add to your skill set AND your tesserae collection. Learn new techniques to create beautiful fused glass elements for your mosaics. Join instructors Dianne Sonnenberg and Kristine Shafer as they guide you through several techniques for creating unique eye-catching elements.
The class is suitable for both beginners and advanced students, as you can approach the techniques at your own level. Prior experience in fused glass is recommended for this session, but not required. You will learn these techniques and more:
Using ‘reactions’ to create unique effects
How to work with glass enamels
Create designer glass using powders and/or frit
Freeze and fuse: create 3D elements
You will leave the class with a treasure trove of materials you can add to your next mosaic project.
All materials are included
(Note: We exclusively use Bullseye glass for all classes and workshops.)
