These pieces are glass recreations of ancient glacial ice core samples collected by Benjamin Keisling’s team in Greenland. Francesca hand-created and precisely placed each color, layer, bubble, and filament to represent layers of ancient ice, rock, air, and fossil. Each one-of-a-kind panel won’t melt away, but will stand the test of thousands of years.
