One Day Workshop: Latticework
Our One Day Workshops are single-session, three hour workshops where you get to complete a project in a single sitting - all while learning something new and enjoying the company of other fused glass enthusiasts.
The price includes all materials, firings, and unlimited use of our exceptional coldworking shop for finishing the project on your own time.
In this unusual workshop, you'll create a piece of glass art using "latticework construction", an uncommon approach to kilnformed glass that can produce stunning work that is both delicate and surprisingly strong.
You'll learning everything you need to know to create your own fused latticework – from cutting to final firing.
Students will choose from several project options (including a fantastic latticework tree vase!) or suggest their own variation.
